My father-in law got screwed a few times and has hated both ebay and paypal the whole time. I got screwed a few times for posting an antique tractor on ebay and had 2 different people buy it now and cancel their ebay accounts...ebay charged me to relist! In some cases it does but more often than not there are many people that have been screwed on there. They do not care when it comes down to it. If they did care everyone would be happy and the world of internet sales would be perfectly flawless, but that isn't the case. Well I guess there's a difference between caring and caring enough to do something about someone stealing your hard earned dollar! So I guess if you look at it that way they care...to a certain extent! Oh yeah almost forgot they really care when there money isn't coming directly out of your bank account and into theirs they really do care...other than that what do they care?
