Maybe I am misunderstanding, but I thought that the port calculator handled all that? You give it 2 numbers and a frequency and it spits out a length? Is there more to it than this? Maybe sometime down the line I will remake the box, I will definitely make the tuning a bit lower, and the port a bit bigger, probably use a circular port. Quote

When you decide to rebuild the box, try and triple the port area mate I'd also recommend tuning a tad lower. Quote Bassless once again.
