Ren504
Ok this box design was given to me I would like to know if it's correct. I'm gonna put 2 P24D15's in it. The measurements are 39w x 18h x 21d port 16.5 x 3 port length 15.75 tuned to 32hz.
Arsaces
I am no guru, but I am assuming that you are using .75 mdf, I am also assuming that you are talking about the P2D415 woofers. Working off of those assumptions the math works out like this: 39 x 18 x 21 with .75mdf = 6.98242 cu ft. 6.98242 - sub displacement (0.066 cu ft x2) = 6.85042 cu ft. Port width and height of 3 and 16.5 with tuning of 32hz = 13.209590389186754 port length. all math done with: http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp

RAM_Designs
Assuming the 15.75" port length is not counting the front piece of the box, the port is going to consider the corner of the box as port length, so that's going to drop tuning a box volume a little. Yes it is counting the front piece in that 15.75. So do I need to make that longer or shorter??
Arsaces
Unless there is a problem with the math I provided your port should be 13.209590389186754 including the baffle or ~ 12.5 excluding the baffle.

I was thinking that the port stopped 3" short of the back wall, so that the corner of the box would count as port length. Just trying to clarify what you have going on. ` Quote Ryan Miskin - owner of RAM Designs I have my PM's turned off, please email at <script data-cfhash='f9e31' type="text/javascript"> /* */</script> 2200+ designs since March 2011...
