Sub choice and why....POLL

Sup SMD and good morning.....I'm a long time reader and would love for you to take part in this POLL...I am creating this poll for a friend who is having a difficult time deciding what sub to run. On top of him searching through multiple forums and youtube, I have helped explain to him reasons behind why and how you would choose/install a certain way....I haven't given him my choice because I don't want to persude him in anyway sub wise(I kind of did amp wise). The input I have given him so far is only pros/cons of sub choices and how it should react(and what could happen) in his setup only after he has come to being intrested in a certain sub/company and those are listed in the poll. I will be designing his box tonight and we will be starting it later tonight...I will be helping him with making it while I work on my build(build log coming soon). The researching has been going on for about 2 weeks now and tonight by 6 will be final choice. The only subs he has heard in person that would give him a somewhat comparision to anything on the list would be mine which are DC XL 15s but they were only getting 450 peak watts total between the both of them while I tested my box to see how it sounded before more hours/money went into it.....The choices above are the only options and it will be a new sub so please do not post your for sale items or post a different sub. Please give us your reasons why you chose what you did and why you wouldn't pick the others...Thank you for all your comments and I will have him create a build log so you can see how it turned out.

Here is the info you will need for your choice....

First off all subs listed above, in my opinion, are great subs but it all depends on what your doing and what you want/expect...any of them would be a good choice...

2011 Ford Edge(whatever model has everything)

Stock headunit and mids/highs(possible upgrade later) will remain

Stock Sub/amp will be removed(obviously)

Stock Electrical(except big 3 and other grounds)

Sub up Port back(will be vented port...15 to 17 per and 50 to 70 all depending on sub)

Box will be 3.5 to 5 cubes(once again sub depending...no real problems with box dimensions...as in no restrictations really)

Box will be tuned 30 to 32 hz (no other freq, I know all subs will play and sound good at these with the right box)

Amp----AQ1200d(1 ohm nominal to amp, will not do .5 due to stock electrical even though I know it will do daily)

Single 15" sub(only choice)

STRICTLY SQ....Will be daily use only...not worried about SPL at all

there is currently only 1 choice available, also if you want a great sub and save some money AQ is the way to go. ur never going to get a great answer cause one person swings from the nuts of one company and another person does the same to another company.

Sorry about that...I had to edit it a couple of times and for some reason it deleted the other 2....possibly because im using my phone to make and edit this...dropped my phone couple days ago and screen is shattered and held on with scotch tape and so I don't cut myself again lol

I'd choose havoc, love the build quality love the sound.

Like the integrated tinsils...thats always somethign i'll being up liking, i prefer the dish that the havoc has as well for a dustcap. I also like that thier glue joints dont looklike they were done by a 4th grader, as well as the servive that Fi/AA provides above anyone out there.

Personally I like AudioQue. But if you are looking for a sub to remain musical then I would also go with the AA.
