When I say there isint even a term lab no one has n e thing bigest system here was 3 15" and I owned it no big systems , u can't even get 0 Gage wire they have to order it , no brands like u guys have nun I'm best friends with the two guys the owne shops one sells alpine the other kicker they don't kno of ne thing Niger then what I have had ,,,,, YouTube is as close as I can get to seeing other brands

hey man, i know u like that solo x. not many people here care for the solo.

but i think its just lack of kicker fans, fi sundown aa all those r very popular here.

Now...the solo x kicker 18" it will take the 4k from the amp maybe closer too 3.5k cuz i had the SAME setup. i used to bang my sub with full power from the amp.

THIS IS FROM PERSON EXPERINCE!

now the 4k will blow ur sub, its all about how u use it. I simply would take it easy on the sub the VERY second i smelt anykind of heating coil smell.

now im gunna try a kicker warhorse on it at 10k rms.

but i will by FAR be over powering it, since the kicker solo x is the easyest subwoofer on the market too recone...

im gunna give it probly 6-7k rms for short peroids just too see what my solo x can REALLY do.

but your box is 80% of ur outcome, my box is built by a very smart man who knows hows too minipulate the pressure towards points in my car.

In MY case the passenger window.

its a 100inch port firing into a horn, its a hybrid design and i cant wait for my kicker amp to come its on its way from calli.

Yea I am new to all your brands , like I said alpine or kicker here that's about it , who is dc rep for Canada ?

the other brands are deffinitly the shit.

the only two subs i PERSONALLY would chose over the solo x is...

the dc level 6 "unavailible" right now...

or the smd/aa

or LMS ultra 18"

but thats it. the rest of the other brands around here, in my OPINION are not powerfull enough to sound louder too your EAR, louder or quieter then the solo x.

the abovee 3 are the only subs i think you could hear an audible difference.

Sounds sweet dude , mine will just be a ground pounder , what do u think about two solo x 18" on t4000 ? Just for daily use ?

dude the solo x will take 85% of that amp all day..

can take full power for shorter peroids, usually when ur pulling up on somone.

but its all about the box bro. the box is the key.

most people try too design a regular box for this thing, its gotta be built slightly different.

its got a huge heavy stiff STRONG cone on it, my 9 yr old niece can stand on it shes like 50-60 pounds.

its a very HEAVY cone but a larger magnet makes up for it too throw it around.
