cali402
if u have the ski hole covered cut it out i did it in my bmw and it made a world of difference i dont have ski hole, but i might have precut maybe? looks a lil different from mines but same concept the factory doesnt cut the ski hole out and it looks like you have the leather flap that covers it if you decide to remove it i had the same in mines and once i removed the metal i just cut the foam behind the seat around the ski hole and used the leather flap to cover it hope this helps Quote Current vehicle 91 Lincoln T.C. 2 18s trunk build coming soon for now 2-12s ported in trunk 1000 watt kenwood amp kenwood deck 18 inch rims

BTW, does it matter which way i will face subs and port? towards trunk or towards hole? Vehicles will differ, but most cars prefer it facing the trunk. LoudBimmer
another small problem. both subs are D4, so they are wired down to 1ohm, however, with multimeter it shows that it's 1.5 ohm load. I set amp gain to 34.6v ( square root of 1200 times 1 ohm). is it too much? also how should i set other gains? Level: (.2v - 9v) Phase: (0-180' degrees) Subsonic: (15Hz - 50 Hz) Low Pass: (35Hz - 250Hz) Bass Eq.: (0 - 18db) i played decaf's money man and it hit really hard. but amp gets really hot too
