Baydestrian
car is off and its sitting at 11.2?! holy crap you need a new battery bro Agreed above, bass knob is green then the bass hits and immediate solid red, clipping a lot. Clipping badly and low voltage, good way to ruin your setup fast Edited July 3, 2011 by wonderbreadSTS Quote 2015 Mazda 6 JVF Customz 4.0 Proto 15>Wolfram W4500 @ .5ohm 2 Sundown Neo 6.5 + 2 CT Meso Tweeters (Front) x Kicker KS6.5 (Rear)>JL Audio VX400/4i NSB-AMG35 (front) / 40ah Lithium Headway (Rear) built by Erni Audio & Electrical
Relyks
ok now i gotta get a new camera cause i swear that red light is no where near that bright and is not solid red yeah it was 9 volts with it hitting the lows and car turned off the battery is bad the alternator barely keeps up. but that clipping light is nothing like that i can promise that . but this setup will be retired in 2 weeks anyways.. atleast the sub will and also i have felt the amp even at 9volts that amp doesnt get hot and neither do the coils on the sub. so honestly its not getting hurt badly but ayyy thats just my opinion on it that lights not solid red its a dim blinking red and 9 volts was a one time thing had no gas to even start my truck but he was determined to hear it. so it was a one time thing.
