skittlesRgood Posted July 1, 2011 Report Share Posted July 1, 2011 clip lights are never accurate.. unplug the knob and turn it to 18 and see if you still have the issue... more than likely, your gains are not set right... you could be clipping before that he is getting audible clipping... how would unplugging the knob with the light on it make the clipping go away? especially if he could be clipping before the light comes on? I have def read over it a couple times for sure. I'm also really doubting the Amp is faulty. Your amp should be more than fine.
