Sound Wave Mobile
I recently purchased this 1992 Camaro to do a system in. The car only has 63,000 miles on it, so it's pretty solid. I plan on slowly building a system for it. A lot of the major work won't start until fall or winter because I'd like to keep it drivable for the summer. Here's the list of equipment I've put together so far. I've been saving for two years, so I have the cash now to do it. I'm not buying everything at once, since the build will be done over the course of a year or so. The issue right now is finding the time to install all of this. I've started to receive some of the stuff listed. 2 RE 12'' XXX (2 ohm) (custom MDF & Fiberglass box in the rear "well" area. I plan on running them sealed in about 1.35 Cubic Feet each (including driver displacement) 1 pair dash speakers (unknown at this time, original speaker size is 4x6, but I plan on using 5'' or larger components if I can squeeze them in) 3 pair Hertz HSK 165 XL - Hertz 6.5" 2-Way Component Speakers (2 pair in the doors and 1 pair in the kick) 2 8'' Midbass Driver (unknown brand/model. It will heavily depend on the physical space I have.) 2 Rockford Fosgate T2500.1bdcp (1 per XXX 12) 1 Rockford Fosgate T1500.1bdcp (for midbass drivers) (a T1000.1bdcp will work, but it's not much more $ for a T1500.1bdcp) 3 Rockford Fosgate T600-4 (mids/highs amp. I want lots channels and options since I'll be using the 3sixty.3) Alpine ida-x305s Media Player 100 feet of Speaker Wire 50 feet of RED 1/0 Trystar Welding Cable (on ebay from coppercableman) 50 feet of Black 1/0 Trystar Welding Cable (on ebay from coppercableman) Miscellanious fuse holders and lugs 1 XS Power D1200 Battery (Primary) 1 XS Power D3100 Battery (Secondary) 2 Mechman Alternators 160sf Damplifier Pro 90sf Luxery Liner 1 Clarion EQS746 EQ/Preamp 1 Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.3 Sound Processor 1 Viper 5902 Alarm 1 Viper Smart Start Module 1 Tablet PC for Media Player / Touchscreen (Apple, Motorola or Samsung)

Sound Wave Mobile
I just had the windows tinted. I went with Limo (6%) on the rear glass and dark (22%) on the sides. I remember that limo used to be 5% and dark was 20% several years ago. Ziebart uses 6% & 22%. I also replaced the amber front side turn signals with clear. Sound Wave Mobile
I received my SecondSkin order, which consisted of 160 square feet of Damplifier Pro, 90 square feet of Luxury Liner Pro, 3 cans of High Temp Spray Adhesive, and a wood roller. I wanted to get the order in during one of their special deals. I probably won't be putting it in until winter. Does anyone know if there's any problems with storing this over a period of six to eight months without using it? I have it in my garage, so sometimes the ambient temperature could be above 90 degrees. I'll probably end up moving it to the basement. I found this Alpine headunit on Closeout at Best Buy for $130. As you can see, I've already installed it.

cc_audio
Please lower that car, if done right these things are absolutely gorgeous with little effort and $$. Start with a drop kit and get this boat of a maro lowww. And make sure the drop kit matches the car for performance, no shortcuts. I really wish I had this car to play with. Quote It's all gone!
