Need Help Wit Port How To Make It Bigger And Will It Change My Tuning

Depends on how you do it, and how deep it will be.

If you like the way it sounds now, then why change it?

CAUSE everyone keeps tellin me that it willl get alot louder if i make a bigger port. and plus i want it louder who doesnt lol

bigger port allows the sub to move more with less power...so if you have the same power your subs will have more excursion.... more ex = more potential spl. you can reproduce your sound that you desire with experimenting on length of port for daily use; but will have the ability to let it sing when you need to MAKE IT BIGGER

Just try it and find out. Whats the worst that can happen?

Most likely you can keep the same tuning but it will have a different range to it.

thanks i plan on doing it i have on more comp to go to in nov in maryland than im going try it same box just do the port like u said?? so what u saying is that it may be louder and songs should play almost the same or could it maybe not be as loud im new to the whole box buildin so bare wit me thanks for ur help so far

You should be able to get it louder. It may shorten the range a bit but not enough to worry about.
