nidus
how will you fit 4 15's in a trunk? My trunk measures out to like 18 cubes total. I have room to work with. Edited July 4, 2011 by nidus
nidus
level 4s sketch out to do very well on the lows..and you are comparing to different types of woofers as well, so it makes the decision tougher.. Yes! I've been racking my brain to try to make a decision.
optical
i say 4 15's because i want to see you fit them all in that trunk
nidus
Hmm... its cone area vs motor force. Its a tough one. Are you sure either setup will fit in the trunk? I understand that the trunk is big, but still.. Have you played with Torres? The 18s should like a smaller box. Jacob posted that the 18s like 4-5 cubes each. Edit: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/44977-enclosure-sizes-for-all-the-series-of-woofers/ At first, Jacob suggested I do 8 SA-12's. Louisiana Bass
Even though you said you have 18 cubes to work with, I'm still doubting that you can fit 4 15"s, atleast in the right sized box. What's your dimensions? Quote N8. No homo...unless you want there to be.
