corteznewbie
i hooked up my adjustable voltage regulator. i set it warm and checked it cold. the cold reading is 14.7v and warm is 14.4v i also hooked up a aftermarket voltage gauge. it reads a lil past 14v. the factory one bounces from 14v to 19v. and reads 14.4v at the battery. so is the ecu seeing a spike and if so will that hurt anything if the other gauges read the 14v? hdorre
Do you have a DMM? How long is the voltage at 19v? It could definitely harm something. corteznewbie
just a lil bit. its just the factory gauge thats doing it. the multi meter reads in the 14v range as does the volt gauge i got at autozone.
