I have talked to a few guys there while you were on vaca, left messages to call me back. Id like to either get my vcm back in working order or figure out something as far as a timeline. I had to come here because of your failure to respond back to the 2 messages i left there at xs power. I would hope that its just someone not relaying my message to you but in either case i need some answers. Sent in a quad vcm kit, was not going below 15.2 volts. Was the word on new boards? Thank you for your time. Ps. Anyone else respond in here will get a vacation from this site. I do not know of any messages to call you back at, but I am in no means saying one isn't sitting here on my desk along with others. If you call the office and I am not in email is the best way to get in contact with me. I hate letting messages fall through the cracks, but unfortunately they some times do. I am not in control of the VCM project, so all I can do is pass along the information I am given from production. We were able to get a few (10-12) out to customers that had orders and returns in for a few months now, but are now out of stock again. I just checked with production again and we are looking at around 3-4 weeks on the next run of boards to be finished up. This production run will be larger, because the first run had to be tested to make sure they were going to work and didn't want to produce a run of 500 and find out they didn't work. I am sorry for the delay and if you purchased your VCM direct through us I can get you a credit on your purchase no problem. I just need a copy of the invoice or an approximate date the order was placed, so I can have the guys track it down. Just let me know.
