When you sent it in our Returns systems was not up and running (due to moving warehouses and offices), so the VCM was sitting back there with the info you sent in but no RGA # on it. This was totally our fault and I will make it up to you. I have them working on yours now and checking if it only needs the new program loaded on it. I will keep you updated. I've called, emailed, no avail hit me up bro! Replied to your two emails you sent the same day. Can't ship a D3400 in a flat rate box. Didn't get a reply back from you on if you wanted to place the order for your customer or not. With you being a dealer I would really expect things like this to be handled via phone, email, or PM.
