Im with you scfaust, just tryin to get some information from here and some people just talk you down. I dont have much pointers but I would maybe mess around with baffles and try to get some smoother air flow/sanding some edges.

If your goin for numbers, you got the wrong subs bro....

ive got 4 10 inch dc level 4 with upgrades and my buddy with the j/l has got better numbers than me i dont think its all about the subs its about the build but everything matters

As stated earlier, the W7's arent SPL subs... so be honest I think those are great numbers from those subs in a SPL environment.
