Need Help With A Cd Player Install

I have a Pioneer premier 50x4 cd player everything is hooked up so it powers up checked all the channels all work but can't get any sound through my 6x9's i've tried every combo of wires can someone help me here the car has the factory harness its a cadillac sls seville 94 what am i missing

first off I would start off at the speaker with a dmm, and see if there is a signal getting back there. If they aren't, and you are sure you hooked up the right wires I would just run new speaker wire to the back. should take 15-20 minutes tops.

Yea, my guess would be you have to bypass the amps for the 6x9's.

true that, I wasn't even thinking about factory amps. That should still be fairly easy.

So are you getting sound from other speakers in the car? If not then you have to connect the cd players remote wire to the harness's amp wire in order to power up the factory amp. If you are getting sound from others then the rewiring should solve it. Jus tryin to save u some time.

Looks at the 6x9"s and see if there is an amp built onto them... then rewire if so... I guess I just repeated what everyone else said.
