  1. The envoys don't actually use the starter wire in the ignition... that is why the starter kill isn't working. The computer see's accessory drop and that is when the starter is cranked. Don't ask me why. Easiest way to fix it is break the accessory wire with a relay and the ground while armed wire.
  2. I would use an xk09 and a loop. The firmwares this year seem to be alot better than last years.

  4. Because that ever stops anyone. Ohh and let me guess he calls your cell phone for curfews too I remember being at the bar with my buddies on the football team getting phone calls from their coach to make sure they were in bed for the night.
  5. How do those SVSU cops feel about your system(checked your youtube and saw the svsu parking sticker and i think pinegrove in the background)? Haters... I had four years of dealing with those fucks. It's the younger ones that are bad. Specifically Officer Stockford.
  6. Well first thing you need to figure out is what format they need to be in. Google handbrake it will more than likely work.
  7. Forgot I took this Screenshot. Another forum said I was full of shit and would only believe it if I took a speedtest screen shot.
  8. Hougen rotabroach = the best. Bluepoint sells a rebranded version. http://www.hougen.com/cutters/sheetmetal/Rotacut.html
  9. Is there any coolant on the ground anywhere? You sure it's not a headgasket?
  10. I've had AT&T since before when they were Cingular... Travel all over the state of Michigan and Florida and have never had a problem... Other states might be different.
  11. I have no reason to Photoshop it. I was damn impressed with the speeds that is why I posted it. I usually only get 150-180Kbytes/sec... And when I saw north of 500 I took screens and sent to a few buddies.
  12. I had to download a couple updates last night for some apps. The image speaks for itself.
  13. Good deal, cheaper than cost in our system and I work for one of the biggest dealers in Michigan!

  15. Maybe two years ago. Now modules do everything, there isn't a dodge out there that takes me longer than an hour and a half. And to OP, you didn't provide nearly enough information Does the vehicle already have a remote start or alarm in it? What year? What kind of bypass module? And do you have access to activate a start smart module?
  16. Not gonna lie, I'll probably watch it. Brings back memories of being 16 and thinking I was sweet after watching the first one. I remember taking my moms '01 SSEi out with the Fast and Furious soundtrack playing just driving like a retard. Definitely wouldn't do it now a days but it was the cool thing to do at the time!
  17. Pwned... You would be amazed at some of the passwords I see at work and where/how they are stored.
  18. actully, you need to be certified inorder to work in 9/10 shops, alarms are the money maker, first thing companys ask in most cases are if you know how to install an alarm Wrong. 9/10 shops could give two shits if your certified. They care about if you know what the fuck you are doing and what kind of reputation you carry. At least that's how it is wherever I go. I'll be truthful every new guy I've ever worked with that went to a car audio school lasted about a month before they were shit canned or quit. They all came in thinking they knew alot, but in reality had no real world experience.
  19. h1 harness with parkings lights, door triggers, etc... is the only one that is the same. The rest of the harnesses and antenna are different.
  20. I had a 5901 on my car... I now have a 5902 with SmartStart on it. Both the 5901 and 5902 are great units... I do however feel I got more range out of my 5901 remote, but then again I get unlimited range with my SmartStart... and they just lowered the price of the SmartStart modules, we are doing them for $199 installed now.
