6berry Posted July 26, 2011 Report Posted July 26, 2011 i had 2 G5 12's and i loved them.i had them in a ported box with 2 cubes per tuned to 33 Hz and they got pretty loud but ive also heard they do good in SQ 1999 Audi A4 1.8T::: 4 - DC Level 3 10's in a 4th order Rockford P6002 on Subs for now (3-3.5k coming eventually) MB Quart ONX4.60 for Mids and Highs Boston S50 Components in Front Boston S65 Coaxials in Rear 40 Sq Ft of Second Skin Damplifier Build Thread UBL 1948 Plymouth

just1moreamp Posted July 26, 2011 Report Posted July 26, 2011 I put a set of the boston g5 12'svc in a 1.75cf ea box ported to 30hz with a boston gt-2300 runing them at about 600rms ea and thay take it just fine. love the way thay sound.
