Ok the box is pretty much done....it needs to be covered, though. That won't happen really soon, but I want to do it.

Got both holes cut out...not perfectly round but it can't be seen when the sub sits on it.

Got the first baffle in place with brads...

Added screws approximately 4 inches apart....

The double baffle won't go anywhere, but I figured a little bracing for the sides wouldn't hurt

These rods are almost 1 and 1/4 inch in diameter. Should be sufficient...

I was thinking some good ol' speaker cloth, but I'm flexible and open to ideas
