Here's what I did today....enjoy! Got both holes cut out...not perfectly round but it can't be seen when the sub sits on it. The double baffle won't go anywhere, but I figured a little bracing for the sides wouldn't hurt These rods are almost 1 and 1/4 inch in diameter. Should be sufficient...
