The box is 8.5ft^3 with a 35hz tuning using a massive kerfed port. Overall dimensions are 48" wide x 16.5" tall x 32" deep. The layout for the kerf is easy. 11 cuts spaced 1/2" apart, 5.5" from first to last cut. This will give you a 3.5" radius.
