All i did was fill the bar across with expanding foam, put padding between the metal and the plastic and then put dense foam between the back of the box and the back wall which held it in place and took all the rattle away. cant wait to see this done. edit: and tennis balls shoved between the truck bed and the back wall helps. At least from what I've seen they have. As stated above, be sure to take care of the weak spots in the back, kills sound and number. I'm gonna stay tuned to this one!
