Was going to do a piece 20x20 and cut into oval shape. My buddy says 1/2" should be fine. I was thinking more like 3/4. Local place wants $50 for piece that size. Does that sound about right? 1/2" is like half the price. Will that flex on me? LoudBurp Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 I would say with that Lvl.5, you are probably going to want the 3/4. That woofer is going to produce a lot of air and I would say its probably going to flex any thickness of plexi, especially a 20x20 piece. Best of Luck and Cheers!
