Im just wondering whats the difference between the Viper 5901 and the Viper 5501. I just bought the 5501 so just curious. Is it just a newer model or does it have any extras?

5501 Does not have security, its just a remote starter with keyless entry with a fancy fob. I'm guessing you could add on a few sirens and alarm sensors.

Well now atleast your car will be comfy when a thief robs it jk, but you can probably just get an alarm added onto it

You may be able to add an alarm onto it so don't sweat it quite yet.
