Spl Box For 2 Rockford T215

Hey i am setting up a 2004 Ford Explorer and i need to kno if its better to build 2 seperate boxes or one box for SPL Competition. Can someone help me come up wid a box design for the explorer please? This is the space i have to work with.. H-20"xW-45"xD40"

i'm running 4 T2D2 15s in my Jeep I'm currently building 2 seperate enclosures and stacking them to make a wall. my setup will be both daily and spl setup tuned around 38-43 hz

anyways to your question. you would like it better if they were sharing the same chamber just combine the specs of both subs make a slot port tuned at around 36-45 HZ subs facing up and port facing the back. ensure that you double the MDF on the enclosure. and use bracing on the inside of the box

try what "hammerdown" says ....

i got a T115D2 in a 3.25 cubic ft box tuned @ 37hz and it hits really hard

with the right amp and box you will enjoy them alot

i even feed my T1 1000 RMS and it took all that power when it is rated at 600RMS :)

thats y rockford subs are gr8 even if there main product are amps.

well i did a little box design on the Reaudio website and i came up wid a box...tuned around 40-41 and around 3.4 cu
