EBW
Yea I made mine out of a 1/16" aluminium plate bolts to the router has holes drilled at 1.5,2,3,4,5,6,6.5,8,9.5,10,10.5,10.75,11,11.5,11.75 inches and so on all through 18" all the speaker sizes I'm workin on one to do 5x7s and 6x9 holes but its more of a 4 way clamp with a plate template to follow along.. simple but makes the job a lot cleaner and easier Kenwood KIV-BT900 Front Stage RF 400-4 Runs off dedicated 4 awg ofc RE 6.5 125.5. EBW
Lol I was using a piece of mdf with my cuts wrote down on it as a push board... fingers+3 phase tablesaw= bloody mess. Yea I'm gonna make a vid I finished tightening it up today and banged on it a bit cause I know its cured up by now... I'm gonna have to take it out and glass it cause I get quite a bit of flex even with all the bracing and 1 1\2" top. Kenwood KIV-BT900 Front Stage RF 400-4 Runs off dedicated 4 awg ofc RE 6.5 125.5.
