Fish Chris
My box is pretty close to finished, and I've already put a few 4" ribs across the front and back sides, but I'd really like to put something from top to bottom, and from end to end. The thing is though, I've got my cubes pretty close to dead on what I was shooting for, so I really dont want to use any more wood, nor anything which will add bulk (take up airspace). I see guys mention long threaded rod material, but how do you attach these on both ends ? Is there a way to do this, without drilling though the box, and having a bump under the carpet where a bolt head is coming through ? Anyone ? Thank you, Fish
RAM_Designs
The nut will be exposed unless you double the MDF and make a recessed spot for it to sit in.
