Box Volume

I have two 15" Power Acoustik Mofos and wanted to know should I use the recommended box volume of 3.4 cubes per woofer the manufacturer recommends? Plus I dont know how to find the displacement of a round port.

Any help would be appreciated

i would use whatever they recommend to use...there is a reason they recommend things after all..lol

displacement of a round port:

pi=3.14

r=radius

L=length of port

(pi*r^2*L)/1728=displacement in cubic feet
