mustangbuzz64
Ok so all the way to the back of the box but leave 1.5 inchs of space from the back anf how far to the left should it go
Supercharged DCs
He gives you the dimensions in his above post. You'll want the first port wall 15.75", then the second to be 8.75". tonedeaf
What super said...the 1.5 is just what was taken away from the dimensions because thats the thickness of the wood.
Supercharged DCs
He may be asking how wide the port should be... His wording is confusing me though. If that's the case, you will want it to be 2.75" wide. Edited August 25, 2011 by Supercharged DCs Quote Bassless once again. mustangbuzz64
So there will only be .25 inch from the back of the box to the pieace of wood before it bends in to the 8.75 inch pieace

He doesnt have to worry about that as long as he uses the cut sheets as I already put that into the dimensions. 15.75", then the second is 8.75". If they are put together like an 'L', then the space is already fixed. The second piece (8.75") should be on the inside face of the first port piece. (15.75") (this is probably just going to confuse him more...) LOL

So this will make a tad more sense...I decided to do a sketchup for you...then I noticed I made a totally mistake and didnt make your baffle big enough. You'll be able to see the port better too. Heres some new pics for you:
tonedeaf
Just a warning though, make sure you send these things clean power or you will blow them. As you will with any sub.
