tonedeaf
IIRC these things like alot of port, so this is what ive got for you. 20Hx36Wx32D with a port (3 common port walls) 18.5Hx7.5Wx28L. Gives you almost 140 inches of port. 17.9 per cube. 7.76 after displacement with 34 hz tuning. Any bracing you do will slightly jump up your port and rise your tuning, but you should still be able to play low just fine. My cut sheet: Top/bottom: 36"x32" Sides: 18.5"x30.5" Front/Back: 36"x18.5" Port 1: 18.5"x23" Port 2: 18.5"4.25" Edited August 25, 2011 by tonedeaf

teardrop
3/4 in thick and use fiberglass resin inside box and port to mak stonger and seal it up Edited August 25, 2011 by teardrop
tonedeaf
Use enough glue and fiberglass isnt necessary. Ude either 3/8" all thread or 1/2" dowel rods for bracing for strength. 3/4" MDF is fine, id do a second baffle though.
tonedeaf
cut list top/bottom 36x30 sides 12.5x28.5 front/back 36x12.5 port cut list top 15.5x22.5 sides 5x22.5 that is tuned to 33.16 hz port area of 70.00in port area per foot 13.64in net volume 5.13 cubes 1 extra baffle 1 comman port wall anybody corecct me if im wrong Seems small to me and skimping on the port area for sure. Last I heard these things like around 17-19 per.
