DeathByBass Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 (edited) My amp keeps blowing fuses it has been hooked up for over a year no problems then it started blowing fuses everytime I give it power. Wicks Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 Hard to tell without a schematic, but it looks like one of the power supply FETs are shorted. Causes a large current draw when you connect power to the amp, hence blown fuses. Needs a pro to troubleshoot and repair. The FET could be swapped but its hard to tell what caused it.
