Year, make model and engine please. Yellow tops typically are a poor battery all together and should be replaced with an odyssey or xs power in my opinion. chrishova Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 My rebuilt 220a doesn't drop past mid 13v I took off the voltage booster cause it would idle @ 15v and I read somewhere the XS batts shouldn't charge so high.
