fx4trucker Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 hey whats up everyone. this is an update for the pt audio build since i cant find the original thred ill start a new one..ill have pics up tonight. but here is what im doing. i am fibber glassing the doors to have 1 8inch sub and 2 5.50 woofers and 2 tweeters. i am using my eclipse components for now. they do sound good. so we will see how this goes lol .. alpine head unit (freebee 2009 model)2 sets of eclpise 5.25 comp. speakers. 1. set is in the a-pilors 1. memphis mojo 2500 watt amp 1. rockford fosgate t2 15" dual 2 ohm wired to 4 ohm . seeing 600 watts 1. realm audio 600 watt 4ch Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

fx4trucker Posted September 5, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 ok here are the pics. im doing one panel at a time.lol i know the hard way. well i have never done this type of install before so it is new to me.. i tried many different setups but decided to go the meade way lol. so far so good. the difference is im not using 6.5 inch speakers i am using 5.25 inch. one reason is my car is way to small and 6.5 would be over kill. i will be using 4 sets of them lol one 6.5 in the kicks and a 4" in the a pliers. i want to stay on the cheep lol somewhat. its either going to be all hertz or focal. lol i know focal is not cheep. but i want to do this only once. i will be running active in the future the stock door the original idea the 2nd idea the final idea the one im going with some reinforcement. damn glue lol getting the rings glued together. just need to add the tweeter rings alpine head unit (freebee 2009 model)2 sets of eclpise 5.25 comp. speakers. 1. set is in the a-pilors 1. memphis mojo 2500 watt amp 1. rockford fosgate t2 15" dual 2 ohm wired to 4 ohm . seeing 600 watts 1. realm audio 600 watt 4ch Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
