Can I use a alternator for lets say a honda or something else on my hyundai tiburon if u have an adapter for the plugs? Or would that mess up the computer even if i got it to fit and run? I'd assume that most alternators run about the same except the voltage and even thats probaly either 12 or 14. Thanks for the reply.

If you can find a way to customize where the alternator bolts go then go for it, but it's really not recommended. What year and engine is your hyundai?
