brent379 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Ok...i was gonna do a tline for my teo fi x 12"s in my dak...buuuut i just traded it in on an 05 gmc 2500hd :) so now i gotta do somethin compketely diff... I dont wanna lose my back seat soo im thinkin of doing a center console box being that my front seat looks like three pieces... Max box dimenaions i can work with is 13 wide by 26 high and 16 long.... Comes up to basically 3cubes by tge outer dimensions... So idk if i shoukd do one really good twelve or two tens...i like the lows of tge twelves so im thinkin about sellin the fi"s and getting either dc....digital designs...higher series fi....audioque....maybe aa.... But just one,twelve. My two fi"s pounded pretyyyyyy hard so i wanna make one twekve hit just as hard or harder. I figure get a twekve that can handle 1000rms or more and port it to 33hz ish....

This does not account for port volume and I rounded down to accommodate the displacement of the woofer's backside. You'll also have to take into account that you'll need an inch, maybe more, of space between the floor and woofer so it doesn't destroy itself by hitting the floor in trying to reproduce low frequencies. I also recommend a web browser with spell check.

And i apologize for the math being off it was just rough measuring. And its called bad typing on a cell phone lol
