C.Sanchez.A
I'm looking for an amp to power my Rockford Fosgate P212S1 (Single 4 ohm coil). It's rated at 200 RMS, 400 Peak. Right now I have it running off a Alpine MRF-240 (4 channel). I would like to hook it up to a proper mono/ 1 channel amp. Now, here is the hard part. I'm on a really tight budget of $100 or less. Any one got any thing for me? CleanSierra
Your sub is set up how on voice coil? That model number doesn't look correct to me. Is it a single 4 ohm coil? I want to get as close to rms as possible. nismo923
It does say 150 at 4 ohm's. But RF is known for being more powerful than what they're rated at. Plus, at that price point, it's the only decent amp. Quote "If you're new. Stay away from 4000 watts please." C-Fizzy
CleanSierra
Those prime series don't put out MUCH over rated. My R150 puts out 172 according to birth sheet. And that's at 2 ohms, so at 4, it's gonna be real close to rated. Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
