I dunno how to JL's apart, so either wait for advice from someone else, or try to figure it out yourself. Good luck with it man. You can also check the ohm's on the coil with a dmm and see what they read. bigaltexas Posted September 10, 2011 Report Share Posted September 10, 2011 i bet this wont be the only time you are taping it. id try some kind of adhesive that would damage it. but at least hold it together some more. dont overload it so it doesnt restrict the movement because it cant flex at all though. Gets hard as a rock but I'm only putting a little bit on the end closest to the terminals because. That's where the connection goes badd.
