I tried to deaden the doors as best i could with damplifier and bedliner. Going to run a set of components in the doors. The 6.5 woofer will be in stock location, and i'll have to cut a small hole somewhere in the panel for the tweeter. Gonna try and locate the crossover for the component set behinde the kick panels. This thing is pretty sturdy. ^^^I tried birch on this build, cause of all the positive comments on here about it. I sure hope it was worth it in the long run, cause i got a couple of complaints about it. It doesnt measure a true 3/4" thickness like the mdf i used to use and that made all the measuring and cutting that much more difficult. And secondly, which is the main reason i tried it, is because a lot of people said it was a lot lighter than mdf and i was hoping to keep the weight i was adding to the car at a minumum.
