ok heres the problem. everytime i go to sync my MP3 player i leave it hooked up to the pc for like 30 minutes it says ok to disconnect. well the songs dont play. it says to continue listening to you tracks please sync. i have gone a month with my MP3 player. please someone helpme

What kind of mp3, did you check device manager to see if the drivers are ok? Has it ever worked?

i got it from napster and i am not to computer savvy whats a device manager. the mp3 player does work. the screen on it keeps telling me to sync well how the hell do i do that?

dont mean to be a dick i am frustrated. there are people reading this post why not reply? it sucks i am paying for something and napster doesnt even have a phone number i can call or anything

maybe you should contact them through email or some other means. theres always a way to get ahold of a company

Right click my computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager

Look and see if theres any with Exclamation points on there that look like this

See under other devices how they have the exclamation point, if yours has any like that then you need drivers.

Right click my computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager

Look and see if theres any with Exclamation points on there that look like this

See under other devices how they have the exclamation point, if yours has any like that then you need drivers.

i checked no exclamation points
