Civic Alternator/battery

I have an 08 Civic and am planning on putting in a RF T20001bd and a T8004 and was wondering if anyone could help me out with a good alternator and battery setup.... Im kinda a newb to Ohm's law and such so any help on this and any other must know info on major electrical upgrades would be awsome. Thanks!

Well I am not familiar with the 08 but I have a 96 model Civic...I did the BIG 3, bought a 160 amp alt, and added a second Battery in the trunk...To find directions on doing THE BIG 3 look around in the forum.,,Think it might be sticked or in this sub thread..Electrical-battery-Alternators-wiring....Do some research and for alternator upgrades get intouch with who else..Dom at Iraggi Alterntors

Thanks Zax, I did read about the Big 3 and definitely going to make that upgrade, How do you decide how many amps your alternator should be to run your set up?

just get the biggest alt you can get. overkill and electrical should never exist in the same sentence imo...
