bassrace
You can ground your rca's that might help. Are your rca's running next to any other wires? Also are you grounds good? Thats most likely whats causing it. Run the rca cables on the opposite side as the other wires. And get a good ground spot and sand it down to bare metal. That should cure your problem. armykyle1
yea fix your ground then go from there, I've personally never had issues with running rca's next to power wires if it doesn't go away try grounding the RCAs Quote TEAM XS POWERTEAM HEAVY HERTZMy build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/194454-e46-bmw-build-pos/#entry2914134youtube- http://www.youtube.com/user/armykyle1big build starting

bassrace
how would i go about go about doing this, never heard of doing it either? Grounding rcas? Take a peice of speaker wire, take off the plastic housing/jacket wrap it around the headunits rca jacks. Then take the end of the wire and use a screw in the deck wrap the wire around and screw it tight. OrionStang
What amp are we talking about? When I had the Stetsom 7k, I would get a 4-5 second tone(loud, too) every time I would turn the car off. Added an LC-1 and the issue stopped.
