LowYota85 Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 I have an 85 toyota longbed i love bass and used to have lots of it and miss it. my s10 had 2 12s and 2 15s my girls car bumps and my truck it too even. i need BASS so i have been contemplating a blowthru for 3 12s or 4 10s. been thinking about building a metal outer shell 5 sided box leaving bed front open and welding the box in cutting out the cab wall and bed wall to fit in a mdf box for the subs. im thinking sound deadening all around metal outer box between the bed bloor and sides as well as inside of the outer box.i want to take my seats out and slide my box into the outer box through insede the cab. sound good? any suggestions i figured sealed box i got about a foot and a half from front of bed to the fender well. i should have an ok ammount of air space.

LowYota85 Posted September 28, 2011 Author Report Posted September 28, 2011 i've been thinking about ported too but wouls i have good space? should i just get one beast sub? i got two coustics cf1244 theyre nice i had one in my truck inverted in a truck box between the seats with 650w rms at two on an mtx thunder 6304. thinking about sealed so i could run those and look for another
