Both of those amps should give him more than RMS. The kenwood will be just fine, don't waste your money. Just save up for when you want to upgrade, and I promise you will want to haha Quote so far... Kenwood does 900 @1 ohm and the level 2s should take 450 RMS just fine, so long as it's a clean 450. But it'll power those subs just fine I'm sure Quote so far...
