Nothing crazy here, just a cheap build in a old pickup I traded a flat screen to my dad for. Only 86,000 miles not to bad. Equipment: 4-alpine type r 6.5 2-ways, pioneer 6300ub deck, 4awg kicker amp kit, MB QUART4.150, ID10 D2, kicker eq5, second skin deadener w/overkill or whatever its called. I just needed something better then the tape deck n card board speakers from 1993. I also have 60amp alternator stock so wanted to go small n cheap but still sounding decent for the drive to work. Truck didn't have a center console or any cup holders, so I made one real quick outta wood n cut a hole for my Mnt Dew. Build totaled right around $800 for everything. I know you guys are use to seeing 10 18's in a wall with 30000watts. Just thought I'd post some pics that showed something more simple and cheap. I'd have to say it sounds great for a budget build. Here it goes...enjoy.

Thnx, I'm gonna get another suv in maybe 6 months or so. Not going to be to crazy probably just 1 or 2 15's with image components n sundown amps. I just got bored so i figured i'd throw something together.

I don't have any videos. I'll take a few videos when I get a chance. The eq is nice for the price because you can choose any 5 frequencies you wanna change instead of being limited to the 5 pre selected frequencies most parametric eqs offer. I still prefer a audio control dqxs or dqs but for some 2-ways it does it's job well. It also has a built in line driver. I use the volume knob on the eq all the time n just set my volume on my cd player to like 45. I only paid like $60 for it and I'd say well worth it. I really like the sub for $100 sounds great. It doesn't over power the 2-ways and gets the lows really good. Im thinking of changing it out for a id15 d2 just so I can build some more stuff. We'll c what happens because I'm happy with it now. I'm thinking of throwing my image dynamics components in the front doors just for fun since I have just sitting n the basement. If I change things up I'll be sure to take a few pics n videos. Glad u guys like it.
