best wood to wall with?

3/4 12 layer baltic birch is probably the best wood I've ever worked with. After working with birch it makes you hate mdf a little more.

Saw dust sucks and so does the weight of the mdf, with birch you reduce that by a lot. Weight alone is what got me to try the birch.
