help, wiring amp.

ok guys im a little confused

here the question,

if i wire a dual 1ohm subwoofer, to a mono amp. example( one coil to side (A)on the amp and the other coil to side ( on the amp, is the amp going to see 1ohm or .5ohm?????

i know in parallel it a .5ohm and in series it 2ohms, so im guess if i wire each coil to (A) and ( on the amp it going to see 1ohm correct???

A dual 1 ohm wired + wire to + wire -wire to -wire it will be .5ohm

monoblocks have 2 sets of speaker terminals solely for the purpose of making wiring multiple subs easier. doesn't matter if you choose the outside + and - or the inside + and -, itll be the exact same.

What he says^^^ your amp makes it easier to wire 2 subs to a smaller ohm load on the mono amp with the 4 terminals. nice option in an amp IMO

wiring each coil to each set of speaker terminals will make the amp parallel the two. so .5 ohms.

I didnt get the point of it at first. Its still a mono amp. There's 2 + and 2 - There just the same terminal connected to each other. So when you connect each coil, either on the sub or the amp, it will be a .5 load.
