I have references such as All State insurance, Nationwide Insurance and much more... just p.m me for help.. SUPER stiff spider, generally get loud around 38-45 hz in my wall. Solid subs though, and great customer service. Blew one of them on a DC 9k, called bob at ab and got a recone right away no problem. After we blew that one, we put my other two on the 9k @ .5 and they were smashing. Hardly got warm...pretty good for subs that are only rated for 1500 watts.. Vi sound Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Yes i will agree the Ab amps are sick like hell I have 4 AB vfl 400.1 but used two on a single 18 Moab with 2batcop 4000 in a wall and did a 148.6Db on a meter..... next show same 18'' with SD 16kd in a wall .......lol
Bigsix Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 I had 2 of their XD series subs, mine were rated 450rms, we beat the piss outta them, clipped the shit out of them...generally abused them as much as i could with the equipment i had at the time... they took it like a champ...sold them off to a buddy, who is currently only running 1, putting about double the recomended rms to it and it is still alive and kickin'. Just got my AB hd 15 a few days ago LOVE IT. I had 2 15" re audio se's in 6 cuft box hooked to a massive audio p 1500 amp and just the one AB hd 15 hooked to a sound stream rubicon 1.2500 kills them. I have only had it a few days and im already pounding the crap out of it. so to me i think there pretty good
