lacboi
I havent tried that but I would assume that its fine being that the voltage only drops to low 13's when it is bumpin Quote 05 Suburban Pioneer 4200ub 4-American Bass 6.5 , 2-8" DB Drive mids and 4- Quantum Audio Supertweeters in front doors 2-DD3515 dual 2 ohm subs Rockford Fosgate 400.4 on 8" mids Hifonics 80.4 on 6.5 and tweets 2-Hifonics BRZ2400's strapped @2 ohms Project Caddy in the works 95 Cadillac Deville

extremeauto
i have had this issue with a couple of hifonics amps and what i have found is they do not like low voltage to the rca's .....after a while some headunits and sond processors get warm and lose out put voltage (mostly head-units my audio control does as well )if you have it ran thro the audio control un-hook it and use the line drive i got a soundstream bx-15 bass machine and have not had the issue since....anther thing with them is they will fade in and out like ur dropping a voice coil if you have them turned down 2 low.... im not sure if this is the same with the colosus but i know the bxi,brz and hifi all have had those issues test the rca voltage while it is doing it best way would be to get a spliter/Y rca and hook in @ the amp test the out put with a digy volt meter.
