I have a 2000 ford ranger ex-cab. I want to get 4 alpine type r 1243s on a audioque 2200watt for now till i can get a new alternator and battery. The budget route would be to get an extra AGM sealed battery to back up the one at stock location. I know it isnt the same(variables) but I ran 2400rms (2 Audioque 1200s) and had nasty drop until I added a battery. But 1 2200 or 2 1200s your GOING to have voltage issues on stock unless te gain is down quite a bit.
