Voltage test/ Demo video from this morning.

Keep in mind that right now I am only charging at 14.6 instead of 16.5 since I do not have a dual voltage regulator yet. I also still have to add 3 more runs of power from the second alt to the back, in these videos I only have 1 jumper from the 3rd alt to the second.

Took the Triple Bracket off today to clean up some of the cuts I made and to weld nuts onto the back of the bracket. I was planning on painting the bracket back either black or silver but then I had an idea. After 2 coats of 2000 degree high heat silver, I decided to paint the bracket the same blue that I used in the box. I used 4 coats of blue and then 6 coats of clear.

Well I forgot to take the template to the shop with me but I did pick up some goodies.

This is what I took them.

And this is what I came home with

These are spacers used to set the idler pulleys off of the bracket to get them to line up perfectly with the belt.
