I have a 2006 mustang and I will be building a daily driver spl setup. Heres whats going to be installed. subs in side the trunk facing into the cabin where back seat is, amps on bottom part where seat is.

Let me give you a small piece of advice, Mustangs dont work for "SPL"

they flex to much I tried in a 00 gt coupe  and the car just flexxed soooo badly I tuned it 35 hz and it got loud but didnt meter wortha poop IMO i think you should use another vehicle for SPL and competing.

you would be in super street 1-2 nw with that many batts.

thanks for the response, I honestly am not trying to compete and be competitive, I just am thinking about getting into the industry and I would just compete to see what I measure, If It does not do good, It wont do good. Im not that worried.

Its for sure happening. But being only 17 is good and bad.

good- I dont have to pay for my insurance, rent, food, and other stuff.

bad- i get payed like 12/h. So It takes quite a long time to get money saved up. But its going to be about 8-10 monthes till I finish. I start at decemeber because thats when i start bringing in paychecks. Graduation money should help me out as well...

and while i know mustangs are not optimum for spl, its something that just might get recognized..
